Unsure about bringing your newborn in for an adjustment?
Rest assured, baby adjustments are VERY gentle and beneficial! Babies get torqued, pulled and squeezed during the birthing process. This can cause some tension and spinal irritation. Issues that can arise are torticollis (spasm of the neck muscles), difficulty latching & breast feeding, colic, and lack of or limited bowel movements, to name a few. Getting an adjustment right after birth can release muscle tension and insure proper nerve conduction throughout the body which alleviates many of these issues.
