I (Dr. Ott) received a total of 15 chiropractic adjustments over the 9 months in pregnancy and my labor was quick and without pain intervention. Total labor was 4 hours and the first two I didn't even recognize as labor (I thought they were braxton hicks) because they were so mild. William came out with just one push :). I had a wonderful doula who unfortunately could not make it because my labor was so quick! How long was your labor?
