Dear Members,
The CDC is currently recommending that even mildly ill individuals who are experiencing a fever, cough and or shortness of breath should stay home until they are feeling better. Due to this new recommendation our clinic is temporarily suspending its cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you still give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
We will continue to be diligent about using OSHA medical grade approved disinfectants on the tables between patients, washing hands thoroughly between patients and disinfecting all surfaces.
As always, we have hand sanitizer at the front desk. It's important to use the hand sanitizer when you enter the building rather than at the end of your appointment. Two small things we can do when we are out purchasing things that can help prevent the spread of germs is bringing your own pens to fill out paperwork and write checks (we still will have pens for use :) ) Another is opting to pay by cash or check to avoid touching credit card processing equipment.
Patients who have appointments for nutritional or blood work analysis can opt to have the appointment over Zoom. Just let our clinic know ahead of time if you would prefer this type of appointment.
We are making sure to stay on top of all CDC and public health guidelines and will continue to keep you informed. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out.
